Our instructors have a combined 100+ years of teaching experience. We teach classes ranging from Floorwork, Striptease/Lapdance, Acro, Exotic and Flexibility.

Ness

Vanessa is owner and Director of Bobbi's Pole Studio. She looks after the general running of the studios. She did classes with Bobbi in 2002 and promptly got a pole in her house so she could practice. They set up Bobbi's Pole Studio Circa 2004 after numerous requests from interested girls. She has two sons, Sebastian & Ashley who many students have already met.

Billie

With over 10 years of training in classical ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary dance, Billie discovered pole dancing in 2007 and she hasn't looked back. Over the years she has competed in numerous competitions in Sydney being selected as a finalist for Pole Candy Semi Pro in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015 as well as taking out the Sponsors Choice award at Miss Pole Dance Australia NSW 2013. Billie is famous for her crazy flexibility, and after being a part of the BPS furniture for many years we decided to put her to work, and she has joined our teaching team in 2015. Lola

Lola Grace can be found by following the trail of belongings she leaves in her wake. She is affectionately referred to as “Lola Disgrace” by her colleagues due to here airy-fairy forgetfulness. But don’t worry, she almost always remembers her choreography, which is lucky, because the students absolutely love her Exotic, gooey style! Lola is our resident free-styling queen, and when she’s not dancing, she’s teaching Contortion and being bendy. Lola began her pole life at Bobbis way back in 2009. She fell in love with our warm community, and loves how empowering and therapeutic pole dancing is. She recently won Exotic Generation Flow Australia 2020 and is looking forward to competing internationally in 2021. Lola loves teaching (she used to be a high school teacher!) and has a warm, bubbly personality that make students feel at ease. Blue Phoenix

Dr Chris Talbot, 2014 Mr Pole Dance World, is the Blue Phoenix – marine biologist, body transformation specialist, fitness model and pole dance instructor/performer. Previously based in Brisbane and Melbourne as a pole instructor and personal training fitness professional, in 2013 Blue Phoenix relocated to Sydney, and continues to instruct and perform locally, nationally and internationally. With a background in strength training and fitness model competition, Blue Phoenix took to the pole in early 2012 and has never looked back, having long admired the combination of strength, gymnastics, dance, flexibility and acrobatic aspects of the sport/art. His style is erotic, focusing on quality flow and leg work. Blue Phoenix is the first ever male teacher at BPS. His super strong and sexy style, together with his nurturing personality and positive energy, make him an excellent and much-loved teacher. Fun facts: was NOT flexible when he began pole, and had no background in dance! Background was in Marine Biology. Isabella

Isabella is an experienced Pole Dancer who has been training with Bobbi's and hooked on this new fitness craze since day 1 (which was way back in 2004!). She was the winner of Bobbi's Pole Studio first ever Amateur Night in 2004, and has since excelled in her pole strength and dance fluidity to become one of our amazing advanced level teachers. A trained Jazz dancer from an early age, Isabella's gentle personality creates a warm teaching environment ensuring students feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

Lacey

Lacey started as a student at Bobbi's in 2010 after wanting to find a fun way to get fit and quickly found herself addicted! While she loves learning new tricks up the pole, her favourite part of pole is the fun, dancing part of routines and lots of sexy flexy floor work.

Lucca

Lucca Valentine has been a part of BPS since 2016. She loves pole dancing so much that it brought her all the way from Texas to dance in Sydney. Her favourite part of teaching is seeing students become smitten with their own sexy side, and watching them surprise themselves as they get super strong along the way. Lucca is a massage therapist and has Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, and has a keen attention to detail. She loves working with students to help them progress in ways made for their bodies and abilities. Gigi

Gigi moved to Sydney from the UK in 2016, and soon discovered her passion for pole dancing when looking for a workout that didn’t involve going to the gym. Her style is slinky and sexy, and what she loves most is seeing others try pole, and fall in love the way she did. Charlotte

Charlotte’s been hooked on pole dancing since her very first class in 2010. She began teaching in 2015 and has a passion for helping her students unlock their inner goddess while working up a solid sweat. A big fan of bringing a show to life, Charlotte’s been competing since 2016, her highlights include: – Winner, Risque Pole Competition, Oct 2017 – Winner, Dance Filthy Amateur Competition, April 2018 – Runner-Up, Dance Filthy, Semi Pro Division, May 2019 – Runner-Up, Floorplay, Semi Pro Division, Aug 2019. When she’s not at the studio you’ll find her hanging out with her Chiuahah Taco, lazing on the beach or indulging in some pasta with a side of Real life Housewives of Beverly Hills. Ally

Ally was an avid ballet & contemporary dancer when she was younger, but had to stop due to a chronic knee injury. Years later, after a trial pole class, Ally realised that she could dance again… aerially! Her pole journey began in 2013 - not a natural to pole, Ally grew addicted to the constant challenge & strength it gave her, physically & mentally. Shortly after this she began teaching, quickly realising it was her true love. Ally is happiest in the classroom, helping students to create their own beautiful spins & unlock their nemesis tricks. As for what to expect in her classes, the warm-ups will leave you sweaty & limber, & the choreography is a special type of slow, sensual, sexy lyrical… Slyrical! You can expect lots of funky leg waves, slinky floor work & sensual body rolls, to get you really feeling yourself!

Sofia Sin

Sofia Sin has been pole dancing since 2013 and started teaching in 2017. Sofia loves pole for the ability to explore and share feelings through movement, from all things sensual to silly. She is passionate about helping others feel empowered in their strength and self-expression. Sofia believes in the transformative power of ass shaking and is a certified Twerk Technician instructor (Vertical Joes: Atlanta, Georgia). Ryder

Ryder

Ryder has been a teacher at Bobbis since 2011, has a back-ground in gymnastics and loves spinning upside-down at the top of the pole! She is the teacher's crash test dummy, happy to try out any crazy new tricks they can dream up. She is also our resident scientist (she's a Dr!) and even helped create our very own bruise balm out of personal necessity. Ryder may have a calm and patient nature, but her classes will have you working up a sweat! Maybe that's how she got that amazing six-pack?!
